    time warner

    i recently added a box for cable to my house. so i went down and got a box. well the dickhead didnt know what he was doing. he gave me high defination box and tried to give me the wrong cables, but i told him to give me other cables. so i get home, and call for service and they tell me high defination boxes not only dont work on hd t.v.'s most of the time, but i dont have an hd t.v. so he gave me the wrong box.

    well i got the right box and turned it on and everything is fine now.

    so i wrote out a complain card saying this idiot, should not be helping anyone. he wasted 3 hours of my life, just being stupid as he is.

    well now they called and there giving me a $30 credit on my first bill, for all the hassle. i guess they really look at complaint cards

    so always fill out complaint cards at time warner, when they deserve it of course.

    damn i wish i had known that. I had so much trouble setting up my cable. Most of the people I talked to were idiots or misinformed about their own products. Although I did talk to some very nice and helpful people along the way I should have had to talk to them in the first place.

    no complaints here i gave my cable guy a monstor, energy drink. my cable guy gave me a 8mbps filter instead of the 4 mbps i was supposed to get It allways pays to be nice

    Some companies value it others are more driven by the bottom line rather then what the consumer wants. In highly competivie markets lower prices generally mean cost cutting - of which IMO the most efficient is downsizing the workforce to peak proficiency.

    Less staff = more work for employees = less time for the customers IMO.
