Roadrunner United - "The All-Star Sessions"

///

As most of you are aware (and just in case you aren't), Roadrunner Records is the label to many rock, metal, and metalcore bands, including Opeth, Slipknot, Fear Factory, Chimaira, Sepultura, Trivium, and so on.

///

Q: So, what's the deal with this album?

A: Roadrunner records looked over their musicians and assigned four "captains" to make a collaborative album. They could use any Roadrunner label member to record. The end result? Eighteen songs from a wide array of Roadrunner artists.

The four captains that Roadrunner selected are as follows:

Matt Heafy (Trivium)
Robert Flynn (MachineHead)
Joey Jordison (Slipknot)
Dino Cazares (ex-Fear Factory/Brujeria)

Re: Roadrunner United - "The All-Star Sessions"

That seems really sick. I think I'll skip track 9 with that slipknot douche bag. I can't stand anything they do, that's not metal, singing or even rapping.
