Re: How did you get your username?
I used to use salamander/salamander13 but that is a fairly common name so I always had to think up something else and it was pissing me off. So, time for a new username, and I thought having one in a language other than English would be a great idea because not a lot of people would be using that for their s/n. So I settled on kulotsalot because I used to have curly hair (mother permed it... aaaaaaaargh!!!). My hair is naturally wavy anyway, so it would still fit.
Most English-speaking people think my name reads as kulots-a-lot because "a lot" are words that have meaning to them. It is actually two words stuck together, kulot and salot. Kulot = curly/wavy hair and Salot = plague. Basically it means that people who have curly hair should be avoided like the plague. I guess we're not cool enough.

Re: How did you get your username?
YaMon is my nickname.
Back 15 years ago when I first moved out and lived with two friends and was still surfing NONSTOP!
We had tons of parties and on many an intoxicated night and hungover morning, people would address me and I would respond "Yeah Mom?" As in the Jeff Spicoli, Fast Times (hence my early avatars), response to "where is your shirt Spicoli?" "Well something happened to them Mom"
Later, I guess he said Mon. But regardless...
I guess I said it enough (and was drunk and hungover as much) that I became: YaMon.
YaMonster is a modification when "YaMon" is taken.
YaMonday starts the week.
YaMonstrosity happens when all is out of line.
YaMonisms are created.
YaMonth is June to August (Summer). But now that Bush has fucked up the environment with "Global Warming"... IT'S ALL THE FUCKING TIME NOW!!!
Come YaMonday, It'll be alright. Come YaMonday I'll be holding you tight [and in multiple positions].

Re: How did you get your username?
I always thought it was pronounced KULOTS - A LOT
Anyhow..
First name was CHILINVLN... why.. I have no idea. I guess you could say someone is chillin like a villian. Anyhow..
Now its HIJACKER... reason..
Most everyone already knows I have hacking skills and the ability to do just about anything when it comes to a computer. So, with that regard, I can HIJACK just about anything.

Re: How did you get your username?
Lucky Bob... picked it up as a derogatory nickname at camp one year, too stupid to realize then, too stubborn to get rid of it now.
And it's derogatory because I was named after the retard on Hysteria! (which was a fuckin HILARIOUS show at the time)

Re: How did you get your username?
The real story behind my screen name is that the NFLCC is the National Fishing Lure Collectors Club. An organization of which I am a member. The Lucky13 is an old heddon lure circa the 30s. It's my favorite collectable so I just put the two together. Unfortunately most people read the first part NFL and think it's football, and then read the last part as clucky, which doesn't sound as good. I made it as my AIM screenname and have never bothered to change it since I don't want to make a new one. Even though I don't particularly like it anymore (because of the misreads, and the fact that it's 9 syllables which is much longer than your average web handle) I made it my SN here just because I wasn't planning on posting much and didn't want to forget it. For short Lucky13 works, and in retrospect that would be my preferred SN.

Re: How did you get your username?
RJSIncs ive always been an inventor (not a good one) and in 6th grade a buddy of mine made a pact that if either of us invented something or made a business it would be called RJS Inc my name is Jay S his was Ron S so we took the first letters of our name and the common last letter and became RJS Incorperated. dont remeber where the S on the end came from. i think it was when i registered for a hotmail account like 10 years ago or whenever i needed a sn and that was what i thought of and rjsinc was taken.
needless to say im still trying to invent shit i have a few good ones in the works but nothing solid and i dont even talk to my old friend anymore but the name stuck

Re: How did you get your username?
Sagaris
As I married into a Greek family, Sagaris came from the Greek translation of a humerous English term of endearment for ones partner , Battle Axe.
