Hey ppl I need some real world advice on how to hold back ejaculating for a decent amount of time. (10 minutes at full steam would be nice short term goal!)
So far breathing right during sex and doing PC exercises when i remeber to have worked the best. I know I need to do PC exercises regularly, but any other advise?

Well, everyone is different in this area.

Alot depends on you, for some maybe using self release that morning will take the edge off.

Maybe, if you can go twice in a short time, let the first one go on the outside, somewhere, then go back to the sex and then you should last for a long time.

Maybe, she can oraly "take some off the top first", if she is into that, then you can focus on her.

Personally, I never really had a problem with that, but I always knew when to slow down the pace in time for the feeling to back off, and I would focus on another position, or kissing her neck, you know, keep the activity, just a distraction from the stroking for a minute or two.

*sigh* I've said it a million times - being a 1minute man aint that bad. But ok if you want to last longer.

a) Wack off before hand - grasp it shake it beat it make it spew - You'll last longer in bed.
b) Condoms - double up if you need to
c) Desensitisers (spelling?)
d) Most obvious - control yourself.
Its instinct to just start plugging away like there is no tomorrow - but try a stop and go without making it obvious that your are doing it. Stop thrusting and start kissing boobies / neck / go down on her / anything.

The other alternative is blow ya rocks off within a minute. Then round 2 you last :D

alternate pace and rhythm, I'm no marathon runner in this department, but pretty much PC control, slowing the pace, changing positions (gives you a good chance to recover, since you have to move around and shit) will help out. Also I remember reading once some article about positions that help you last longer.

oh, btw, doubling the condoms isnt recommended, increases chance for breakage.

Also, if it feels like you're about to get off, change positions around... the seemingly short amount of time it takes to do a position change could be enough time to "restart your timer," giving you a few extra minutes. :happycow:

watch doubling up with a condom they can either slip off if its too loose/lubed or the friction between the 2 could tear them both. 2 isnt as safe as one. get less sensitive or thicker one

I got one I havent seen before:

When you start, flex your stomach. By the time you're nearing cuming, you're muscles will start to hurt. This pain will keep you from enjoying yourself too much. Also, as you feel yourself getting ready to cum, pull out and change position. That'll let you "cool off" without her knowing. Of course, if she's just about to cum too, then she might get mad at you if she doesn't know what your up to.
