So good to see the Saints come out and win a thriiller against Carolina today. All the people of Louisianna wanted was a win from their football team. And they got it.

The real reason I am writing about this is the fact that the owner of the Saints might take this horrible event in Loiusianna and turn into personal gain by moving the franchise.

What do you guys think about the story.

Well, they might move the franchise to San Antonio, so I'm game. They've been talking about it for a few years anyway.

I know that they have been talking about it for awhile....but this is the worst possible time to do so. Those people out there need something to look forward to for the next years to come.

Well, they do need something to look forward too, however, NO can't play in NO right now anyway.

Re: Way To Go N.O.

Couldn't be more fitting than a win on opening day for the team, fans and city of New Orleans. Nice to see.

I'm not sure what to make of the proposed move of the team. Why does the owner want to move the team? Poor fan support? Just being a dick?

I have also heard that L.A. is a possible destination. Don't know how much truth there is in that though.

Re: Way To Go N.O.

The Saints made that little playoff run in 90 and Benson has been trying to bend us over a barrel ever since. We do pretty well as far as support but NO is a very small market compared to most. We've been supporting this team for 30 some odd years and they we just got our first playoff win in 90. Benson needs to put a consistant winner on the field then come talk to us about money. Until he is comitted to winning, he can kiss my ass as far as money is concerned. I'll follow the Saints until they move, but Benson can kiss my ass from here on out.

I'm from Baton Rouge and it was a great weekend with the Saints and LSU winning. Thanks to everyone for their support and prayers in this trying time.

Does LA really need another shot at a franchise? How many teams have come and gone from that city?
