First off, Props to you and your lady for waiting, thats truly an accomplishment for a relationship, something to be proud of, and a good foundation to build upon.

As for the 'taking her virginity' part, I can only speak from my experience.

Like a few people have suggested, my first (and her first) time was in a jacuzzi-style hot tub, and we had a significant amount of foreplay, using our hands to massage each other's genitals, and moving real slow when we actually did the deed.
