I've been looking for a free full version of Winrar on the net for the past few days. I've had no real luck and It'd be awesome if anyone can give me a direct download to a full version or whatnot. In repayment, I'll post a bunch of movies in the movie section.

I've come across multiple cracks, seriels, and reg codes for winrar. Problem is, I don't know how to use 'em :( Assisstance would be welcomed greatly, I'll check out that link now too.

Edit: I found some winrar links, all they did was give me bullshit viruses that are now gone thanks to the godly awesomeness of Clamwin.

copy this file into whatever folder winrar is in. Open file. Click "patch". You win


edit: I guarantee this is virus free, I'm just helping a brother out.

Ah hmmm...I thought this would clear up the 99% compression ratio, but doesn't. I need to know how to lower the ratio so the files are compressed more and so that I may also repay you guys back for giving me this info.

Files that are already compressed won't be compressed much more.
ZIP and RAR and files like it are compressed files, but so ar JPG, MPEG (1, 2, 3, 4), some AVI morely DivX and the alike codec, and there are tons of others.

WinACE can compress a bit more than WinRAR can, but it's not as widely used as WinRAR. WinRAR can usually open WinACE files, and vise versa, but it's not always the case.
