First things first, do a virus scan - with an up to date antivirus program. If you cant get to your antivirus program, but can reach the net - use an online one.
What are your P.c. Specs?

It could be your motherboard, you might be in need of a new one.
If its a virus, google Clamwin, best damn virus scanner ever, and its free too.

Re: My Computer Is F*ck Up!! Help!!
Dont Listen To Them!
Its is a fascinating Trojan from hell I have little doubt about
becouse that is not a very... normal hardware problem. The
best thing is to hit F10 or F9 or F7 (forget) during the startup
to give you a safemode thing, select safemod. when you
get on desktop and hopfully didnt run it, got run and type 'msconfig'.
remove things you dont like. on win.ini the entry will be under 'load=' or
'run='. Just unselect them. I hope xp still has that safemode thing and
that like other windows it does not load the list of programs under startup.
If that does not work well... think of some creative way of editing
'c:\windows\win.ini'.
