Sounds similar to my wife who just left our 2 year old and I to go stay with another man. She didn't think the family life was exciting enough and was bored. Thing could be good for a while but be very wary.

I say be honest. Ask her on another date. Tell her that you looked her up and what you saw. Hell, she posted it online, it's not a big dark secret that you discovered in some devious way. A terrible thing happened to her and you have no idea if she has dealt with it or not. Don't assume that she is "a little loose upstairs". She obviously can talk about it if she posted it on a high school website.

You need to examine where you are at. If you are not strong enough to handle the problems in your life (if you have any of that magnitude) then you need to stay away from, not only for your sake but for hers, also. Someone who has been through what she has needs someone that will be understanding and caring, supportive and loving. She needs someone who will be willing to hear her rant and rave and still be there to hold her when all she wants to do is cry. Are you ready for times when she becomes confused and all of a sudden becomes distant? Are you willing to be there when the memories come back? Think about it.

It depends if you want to be in a serious relationship or if you just want some good sex. Often times women that were raped/sexually abused turn into sex-crazed little sluts that would fulfill your every fantasy in bed. Of course, sometimes the opposite happens. dude, really, the past is the past! ..... so she had a hard time, that's no reason for you to be afraid of her now! i know for some reason a lot of girls are attracted to the wrong kind of guys, however sooner or later they wake up and realize that they shouldn't have to take that kind of thing. ..... that is where a guy like you steps in .... she is 28 now so... chances are she has worked out that it's time to start seeing "decent" guys.

My advise would be to go with the flow. Take things slow and see how thing advance. I think that is the best way to tell if she has dealt with her past or not.

I'd tread lightly....hopefully she has had some kind of counseling for the rape, that's HEAVY shit man...it can make chics become very promiscuious and they tend to have serious trust issues. If you are good to her she may treat you like a king, that or a doormat because she has no idea how to be in a realtionship where a mon is actully nice, trustworthy....etc....
