What dvd is the coolest in your collection? (doesn't have to be the coolest movie)

The rarest in my collection would be the Evil Dead - Lunchbox Collectors Tin. Im not sure the total # of pressings but It wasnt even listed on dvdaficiando until I submitted it.


Coolest boxset would have to be the Scarface Box.




What makes my friends drool.. The akira Tin.

comes with a rare lilmited editon senitype from the actual film frame.

Im pretty sure it was a limited pressing, not sure on quantity, you can still find it in some stores.. Its very nice tho! I was contemplating getting that one.

Finally broke down and bought Blues Brothers and Mallrats Collectors Editions online from eBay and paid a shitload for them cause they can't be found in stores.

Only to find that overhauled, bonus/extras packed anniversary editions are scheduled for release FOR BOTH

Blues Brothers: August 30
Mallrats: This fall, according ot Kevin Smith's Website.


One I'm still waiting for is Mike Leigh's "Naked" on DVD. Fucking brilliant, dark and philisophical.

I was just in Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash in Red Bank NJ a couple months ago and they didn't say anything. Bryan Johnson AKA: Steve-Dave was behind the counter. Funny guy:



They have a Secret Stash here in Los Angeles. But I'm down in Huntington Beach and detest going to LA. Would like to see it though. Next time I HAVE to be in LA, I'm gonna swing in.
