If using IE, click on Tools, click on Internet Options, Under "General" you'll see a history box, click on Clear History.

Try clearing your cache, etc.
Just go through IE prefs and click everything that says "Clear" or some such...
I'm not responsible for screwed up IE, though!

you can delete each one 1 at a time...highlight it as it pops up and press delete
