Since I am a failure with girls, I decided to let you help me out on this one.

So I was leaving a restaurant late night last night and ran into these girls in the parking lot. One thing led to another, she walked over to my car and made a comment to my face about me "being cute"

So I was like where you going to college next year (she is 18, im 19) and she is going to the same school as me.

So I got her number and I told her that My fraternity has alot going on the first few weeks of school

I was kinda tempted to call her tonight, but I don't want to seem interested. What should I do, hang out with her before schools starts, which is like 2 weeks, or wait till school starts?

She gave you the number, use it! Get to know her a little before school starts, then when you go get drunk and disorderly at the frat parties, it makes it easier to hook up.

try something un-date like at first if you are unsure of yourself. Like ask her to go buy textbooks with you or someshit and then go out to lunch.

Or not, just my opinion.

I can understand not wanting to seem too interested, but you don't want to blow her off. Give her a call and get to know her. She should be in your sweetspot as an incoming freshman girl. I am sure she is incredibly interested in finding out about school. Spend a little time getting to know her now, and it will be very easy to get her to come to your parties and hookup.

Just personal preference, but I would play it cool before you get back to school. Let her wrap things up at home, and then you can make your real play once you are back at school and she is trying to get a feel for being in college.

Ya I agree with what he said, I mean she gave you her number pretty fast so she must have some interest in you.

And like he said at the frat parties once the booze gets in her pretty much it will be easy to hook up especially since she already must like you.

As for rushing, I wouldn't do that.
Just call her up take her on a few dates but make it more like a thing to do to have fun then a real date and you two will develop a rapport and by the time you invite her to your first frat party she will primed and ready to go further.

it seems to me like you have an excellant angle to work here. def call her up before you back to school and do somethig like tasthesose said. then you will at least be friends. then when you get to school, you will be one of the few people she knows and trusts. the key is to not wait too long, so she doesn't look for another before you get a chance.

I used to be really really afraid that any chick that I was interested in would somehow find out that I was interested in her. LET ME TELL YOU, if never got me very far with girls. Women LOVE to know that you're interested (as long as you're not a dick/dog/dope) about it. Call her up. If you don't, she'll end up describing you to a friend who will tell her "He's just not into you." Life is short. Sieze the day.

Oh, and one change to menace's idea: you should show interest, but you should also show disinterest, which accomplishes two things.
1) Mixed messages (as long as they're predominantly positive) confuse and intrigue the girl.
2) By not being entirely being positive, you set up the girl in a position where she has to play nice, too, instead of her knowing that she can get away with almost anything, since you'll like her no matter what.
