Ok so while on spring break in Jamaica and especially Cancun the oppurtunity to hook up with underage hotties also on spring break from the U.S. has presented itself, the question is since we are outside of the U.S. does it make it legal or are you still committing statutory rape if your caught liable for having pre-marital relations. i would say make sure that its very very mutual and dont be an ass too her that way it would limit her willingness to even attempt to get you in trouble when you get back in the states. i would assume since when underage people go to foreign countrys and drink because theres no legal age that the same rule would apply but i wouldnt just guess i would know before i risked it. check wherevers laws through official sites not just a forum to cover your ass as much as possible

Yah know a few months ago a girl sued a video game company for including topless pics of her taken on spring break in their game. Girls can easily change their mind on you at anytime, its such a delema, I guess you just have to play it cool like you said.

I think that assumption is wrong, if you are a U.S. citizen. They arrested a guy no more than six months ago in California for travelling to Thailand for sex with a minor. It happens. I guess the odds of being busted are pretty low though, but there is some stange federal law against it.

Yes, they can so don't tell the girls your real name, I mean they are from who knows where since they were there on spring break so if they don't know who you are they can't say hey I was abused and look you up to get you in trouble if they decide to change there mind.

As for the situation, laws of sexual consent vary state to state, country to country and so on.

So if where your at its legal to do a 17 or younger girl then hey its not illegal there and last I checked it just matters if it is legal where you do her.

As for what blackpearl said about that assumption being wrong, well in Thailand it is illegal to have sex with someone under 18 if you are an adult even though child prostitution there is high the laws aren't enforced much but in America they are which is probably why he got in trouble.

Pretty much if its legal to do someone where you are then you can do them, simple as that.

Yeah. Mooni has it right. The lawas of the country you are in apply. A recently passed law also makes it possible for you to be tried in the US for breaking another country's laws in this matter, but it does not extend our "age of consent" laws to other countries. I would definitely check on Cancun's age of consent though.
