Hey Mods, sorry if it's in the wrong section, so if it is please move to the correct forum section.

Anyways, like the title says, I have a very recent ex gf of 3 years and I would just like to make sure I'm not going to get sued, or could get sued if I post her naked pics and vids up on this forum. The girl really deserves the embarrasment, and you guys deserve the pics. I just want to make srue I won't get into trouble for posting them. Finally I would like to add that all pics were of consent at the time and she was aware of the video being taken. Well reply away, and don't just tell me to post and find out haha

If she is legal and was legal at the time, cool.

What most women don't know is that as soon as you have nekkid pix of them that they agreed to taking, they become your property. You can post them on a website and she can take you to court claiming she only took them with the implied agreement that they would never leave you....but it won't matter. Which is why the celebrities have such a problem with sex tapes getting out.

Bottom line, she is an ex, she took the pics, she did something and u guys are no longer an item...post them if you want.

I still have naked pix of an ex and I will probably never post them. I'm a gentlemen with shit like that with girls I loved at one point. She asked me to delete them once...I told her to fuck off. She still has the vide we made...so NO DICE! I will and have posted pictures of other naked bishes tho...but they didn't matter to me.

Thanks for the reply, well I think right now I want to do it for more of a revenge thing. I know it's the same sob story as others give, but I think I wouldn't be into doing it if she didn't cheat on me, I never thought she would do that to me. Anyways I'd really love to send them to her work but I think that would be harrassment, and I could probably get sued for that. We'll see what I decide. Thanks for the advise
