This information is quite personal but it leads me to believe that Kobe may be guilty. Earlier this year, my little sister was raped by an idiot city policeman. The DA would not press charges because there wasn't "sufficient evidence". She even had witnesses there but the DA did not press charges. NOW, since this CO DA is pressing charges..this may mean that there was enough evidence to prove that Kobe did in fact rape this girl. It also may be that there is so much media hype that WHY NOT press charges yanno? I understand this man has millions of loyal fans and he kept his nose clean for some time..but everyone is human. Its like when someone you trust and love does something SO out of character that you just won't believe it.

There are so many rumors about this chick being a little slut but I think girls at this age (17-21) crave attention from older men and they don't know that their flirting means something else to men. Like in the case with my sister. This idiot did not know when to stop and he took advantage of a stupid little girl trying to drink and fit in.

Lets just all keep our minds open on this one. She deserves to have her side heard too. Even if she is a gold digging lying whore.. we shouldn't label her just yet.

I think this girl wanted it and wanted it bad. I was friends with a girl in highschool that went out with a guy because he had a nice car and lots of money. On the first date, she found herself parked in a remote place making out with him. One thing led to another and they had sex. He dropped her off for the night and the first thing she did was call me and tell me that he raped her. I gathered some friends and went to kick his ass, no matter how much he denied it he was still going to get a beating. We found out a week later that she lied. I can't believe women can get away with this kind of thing. I mean actually getting raped is one thing -- but to lie about something like that because you regret what you did? Give me a break. The term "rapist" stays with you for life ... whether you were guilty of the crime or not. A lot of women tend to throw that term around like it's a play toy.

Some women may have tossed "rapist" around in the past. Doesn't mean that she is. Everyone acts like they know him and her. Everyone has a story about knowing a whore. Yeah they are out there, but if she flirted with him that doesn't mean he can just get laid.

I didn't mean it as applying to this instance, per se. I was just stating a fact that a lot of women don't realize that the term "rapist" is a dreadful thing. They use it without thinking ... and that's not to say all women, or even most women ... just some, in general.

She went up to his room with him.
