Need help to test playable file

Hello all looking for some one to help see if they can play a
VBO file that i upload to yousendit from a dvd i own.

they are rather large so i tryed with the smallest one i saw which was 235 k
(just the fbi warning) but that doesnt have sound.

the file i tryed on my lap top had to be played with
windvd and had to be told what to open it with.

I dont want to up load a gig file for nothing.
