English Premier League
Kick off for the greatest league in the world of football (in my view, sum say Italian or Spanish is better) is only a month or so away, and I must admit to being a Chelsea fan, which will conflict with certain modetarator's views, and I'd just like to get everyone's early tips on the top 3 and bottom 3 before it kicks off. Would be good to look back in a few months and see who was on the ball
My Top 3
1. Chelsea
2. Man U
3. Arsenal
Boring I know but I really do think the top 3 will remain the same, just in a different order. Chelsea have a massive squad and money to burn and I expect them to repeat.
I think Man U will jump Arsenal into second place. Too many great players to bet against. Scholes is a god, Rio is solid, and with a good keeper and a fit Rooney, will push Chelsea all the way
Arsenal, or should I say, Henry & Vieira, will have another solid season, but I don't think will have the consistency to capture the title. a Henry injury could be fatal
My Bottom 3
- Wigan ... I don't think they have the players to survive this season, but mainly due to the fact I've never heard of anyone within the squad
- West Brom ... magically survived the drop last yr but I don't think will do so this yr. West Brom are fun to watch, but don't get many games in Aussieland (mainly chelsea, man u, arsenal, liverpool and newcastle) so I hope to watch a few this yr, as we dont get Championship Games on TV
- West Ham ... I hope they survive but I don't think the squad they have will be able to survive against the big teams
Wildcard
Liverpool: Fantastic squad, resigned Gerrard, in for Figo, they may be the wildcard this season and could finish top 3
Bolters
Bolton: Big Sam has built a squad capable of challenging in the top half. I have a soft spot for Botlon and part of me wants to see them knock off a few heavy-weights
Man City: If they can keep SWP, anything could happen
Those are my views, I know people will disagree but that's good hahaha
Anyways, good luck to whichever team u support

Re: English Premier League
I've got to say i agree with the chelsea thing! It's a shame because they should really be thrown out for destroying the game or at least have a spending cap! Not sure about Man U or Arsenal, both teams seem to be falling apart at the seams, but you can never write them off. Being a Liverpool fan i'm hoping for a top 3 finish and i see no reason why not with the team Benitez is assembling. Everton,Champions League!,more like whipping boys. But its a funny old game as Jimmy Greaves used to say, can't wait to find out!
