Well, I did a search and I am surprised no one has made this topic before.

There have been many movies based on comic books/graphic novels and what would you say are the best of the best in terms of properly going from page to screen or which simply is your favorite.

I get so much shit from firends that I'm a Creepshow fanatic. I think they are great. But I like Horror more on the B side. Not that Creepshow was B...but, just not like mainstream Hollywood crap horror that gets put out today.

BTW....I can't wait for The Devils Rejects. Zombie knows B horror.

Etic Perspective

My favorites are the X-men movies. I also really liked Sin City as well as the original Batman (Tim Burton's) and the brand new Batman. All very cool movies.

3 of the best are def Conan, Blade and Sin city....and they also followed along with the books continuity pretty closely. I must admit though that Flash Gordon is and always will be in my top 10 movie of all time....Its got the fiddler on the roof guy, a James Bond, Bore worms, Mings hot ass daughter, Hawkmen, rocket cycles how can you go wrong!!!!

i think in terms of transferring the comic to the big screen, sin city wins out hands down. that movie was done so well. great directing, great casting. just all around great.
