Frivolous Lawsuits
What is up with all of these lawsuits? First the tobacco companies are sued because people smoked and died, then the gunmakers because people use these guns to shoot others, then McDonald's because no one realized that extra 50 pounds was directly related to being lazy and instead of making dinner, going to MCDonald's 7 days a week, three times a day and now Ben and Jerry's and Haegan-Daz(sp) are being threatened because of the caloric content in Ice Cream! When will people start taking responsibility for their own actions? Does anyone have an answer?

True enough. Then we should take it a step further and concentrate on getting some of these laws removed or changed so people can start taking responsibility for themselves. Blaming the judges just takes the blame off of the people who got fat from eating McDonald's, these judges are just interpreting the law!
