Okay, so I found someone on msn that I knew isn't circumcised and I asked. Apparently, sometimes there is a little piece of skin that attaches to fairly close to the top of the head and it stops the foreskin from going all the way down.

Personal experience with forskin, but I'm cut so...

When I was ~11 the forskin stopped at the widest part of the head and was attached all the way around except for the part over the euretha where the head looks split. It slowly ripped over a period of about a year when puberty hit. It hurt like fucking hell, it even got read and swollen a few times. Scared the crap out of me then, not sure if that's normal or not though...

I would say to not worry about feeling dumb and asking the guy. He knows what feels best and asking doesn't look stupid as much as it looks like she cares. Be inexperianced and fess up, he'll dig it.
