I am by no means looking to be in a marraige-type relationship. I'm only a freshman in college. I'm definitely enjoying life in college... more than i probably should. The fact that I don't try to hook up with random people doesn't mean I cant be having a good time. The way I look at it... if you really get to know someone, and you hook up, you're gonna get more out of it after that point than if it was just a one night stand, even without going as far as making it a serious relationship.

I'm not on the prowl for a serious girlfriend. But if i do meet someone that I'd really want to be with, why would I want to pass that over just to "enjoy life" and risk fucking that up?

This saturday we went to a house party. Immediately after we got there I noticed some hottie was checking me out (weirdness as I'm not ALL that as they say). WE chilled, had some beers, and she asked me out to dance. I boogied with her, we talked (she was separated with three kids, had her own place) and she was EXTREMELY touchy and affectionate. She was buzzing by the end of the night she was drunk. During the party, I found out she had just had her breasts done (DD) liposuction and a whole bunch of other stuff. Well, I knew it was a slam dunk, because she asked me how old I was and when I said 24 (she was 28) she said, whoa, I hope I dont get arrested or something. Also, I had not taken the digi cam and when she was letting me touch her breasts I mentioned to my friend about not having brought it and she said something like, why, havent you ever slept with someone with fake boobs.

Anyway, long story short, by the end of th enight, she was so drunk that I was having second thoughts. The killer was her feet, one toe was longer than another and made them look freaky. I having a foot fetish was completely turned off. I could have bangged her like a screen door during a hurricane ALL DAMNED NIGHT. Yet, I didnt.

In response to La Lovely Lady's posts, I have one possible reason why guys have turned into jackass, sexual-automotons. I'm a smart guy, and I can be really romantic with a girl if I wanted to, but in the past I've been screwed over time and time again. I don't think I know a decent looking girl (sexual attraction in a relationship is important to me) who wouldn't pick some stupid jackass over me in a heartbeat, even though I know that I have more to offer.

Do you know how long it's been since I've tried to actually get with a girl and do the whole boyfriend thing?

2 or 3 years. Mostly because I'm fed up with all the bullshit that girls have put me through. Until I find a girl that likes a smart, romantic, good-looking guy OVER a jackass, I will pimp.

I know for a fact I have the entire package to offer, and all the girls I meet are more interested in some jackass dickfuck to screw them over. So, why waste my time trying to be serious.. I might as well just enjoy the better things in life and see how often I can get it wet.

Might as well pimp on until I find a REAL girl who is smart, intelligent, and can carry a good conversation. Everyone I meet care more about there looks and hair, and spend hours primping.

Yea, I definately can have a plutonic relationship with a woman. And maybe its just me, but I dont really get off on the one night stand deals... They make me feel used, and cheap, and that something not even the hot shower afterwards can take away!

A nice way of looking at it, if you were gentlemenly enough, she might put in a good word for you with her hot friends next time you frat does something with them.

Otherwise... if the opportunity presents itsself, go for it.

I don't agree with this anymore than I agree with La_LovelyLady's post, simply becuase of the generalization involved. Yes, I'll agree that for every "jack-ass guy" there's a "game-playing gal". But I have met plenty of "good" woman out there with self-confidence and maturity that did not have to resort to games.

It comes down to two things, communication and respect. If you respect the individual you are talking to and are open and honest about what you want or expect ... problems are kept to a minimum. If you are meeting people that do not follow these basic ideals, I suggest you look someplace else.
