what's everyone favorite final fantasy game.. i know everyone has played them..... mine is Final Fantasy VII... i havent beaten the damn thing though.. i'm at the very end in the freakin meteor, and i get to the bottom and fight jenova and sephiroth, but then like the 3rd one alwayz killz me... i havent played in a while so i prolly dont know what i'm talking about... you know, saying the wrong people

but also i like final fantasy 9... that game is bad ass..i like the characters, the movie sequences are sooo damn real looking............ but Final Fantasy VIII sux

xii is sweet, i also like x bc it finally got rid of reading the entire damn game. i didnt play x-2 though...did anyone play that and if so was it good?

Damn, dude...it's like impossible to die to Sephiroth...
The most trouble I had was the Emerald Weapon in the ocean...took me 2 hours to kill...but I finally did it! =D
Oh yeah...FF7 all the way.
Square's making a sequel movie to FF7 too =) =) =)

ff6, or ff3 here in us, that game is so awesome, all the characters are so deep, you feel for them and stuff. The story was great, battle system was great...great game!

Side note: I played ff12 at e3, what a let down, its so horrible...:(

i have FF VII.
played it constantly for a long time.
stopped playing for a very long time.
couldnt remember where the hell i was in the game.
havent played since.

I have VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, Anthologies (V and VI i think it was) and Chronicles, but i;ve only had time to play X which was pretty good. Kingdom hearts was a damn good game by squaresoft though.

i'll be in the minority here but gotta to with FFV, the job system was a great step for FF games, brought it closer to a D&D type RPG system without sacrificing the FF style, i actually wonder if WoC took a page from a game like this since 3rd ed D&D makes it easier to switch character class, oh, and thd hiryuu (spelling?) were just funny (that little bird cheep noise they made, real impressive for a dragon)
