Should i go for it?
I am in a confusing situation, right now. One of my co-workers is showing indirect interest in me in terms of having a sexual relationship. By indirect i mean forexample yesterday she said, "I am so bored today; i wish i get someone to have sex with me tonight."
But I am scared to even talk about sex with her. Cuz I am her supervisor. So what should i do. Is it in a way sexual harrasment, if I kiss her? (obviously not during work, but after). I dont want anyone to accuse me of anything like that at work and ruin my reputation.
What should I do. Any thoughts?

Don't know your specific company's attitude, but I'd make damn sure it wasn't just idle talk, and even then, I'd be super careful.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON! I was thinking go for it until you said you are her supervisor. She may want sex, but she may also be fishing for a reason to never have to work again. For the love of god man don't do it. Even if the sex was mind-blowing, it's not worth the risk for a piece of tail.

Her supervisor ooo.
Well, if you want to do her and you don't wanna worry about it.
This is what you do, make a nice lil document for her to sign saying she wants it and all that so she can't turn around and say you sexually harassed her.
In fact take a damn picture with the signed document in her hand and your golden.
I know it's a lil unorthodox but hey it will do the trick and take like 2 minutes to do.
And she shouldn't have a problem with it as all she got to do is pose for a picture and write her name down on a piece of paper, I mean how hard is that.

Re: Should i go for it?
Except that that would be considered a "contract against interest".
(Basically, if you pressured her into having sex, you could pressure her into signing the contract, and it's therefore not a valid contract.)

Dude, do NOT under ANY circumstances hit that shit! She may be trying to get a lawsuit, or she may just be playing you for preferential treatment. Even if she does want to have sex with you (which is also very possible) if you two ever break up or anything she could still turn around and say it was harassment. I would say next time she talks like that you should inform her that you are in a work environment and that is not a professional way to speak to coworkers. Let her know that she needs to be more business in the future.

I would avoid talk like that like the plague. Don't even THINK of engaging in that. Work time relationships are 1 slap on the ass away from sexual harrasment law suits.
There are married couples that work where I work and they don't even kiss hello or goodbye at lunch time etc.

True but if you remember that movie with Demi Moore and Michael Douglas called Disclosure whereI believe he refused her and she still said he did something to get back at him for his refusal. In the end a girl just has to say something happen and that is all that is needed to get yourself into trouble. Furthermore if she really wanted to make it seem you did something she can hurt herself and say you did it making the police believe her even more.

True, maybe film you two in a nice enviroment like before the sex when you two are just hanging out and that will show she wasn't forced into shit.
In the end no pussy be worth the hassle of doing what you gotta do to make sure she won't do something so screw it and don't do her. Now if she gets another job then jump on her ASAP hehe.

Re: Should i go for it?
Looked at your profile. In your other thread you said "I'm 18 now" and on your profile it says your birthday is Jan 28 1970. Suddenly I don't like you all that much.
PS That situation sounds like trouble, stay away.

K, awesome
Whether or not you're lying to us or not, that's the exact definition of sexual harrassment. Just be glad it's not kulots, she'd have your ass nailed in court biznatch, she's a sharp cat.

Don't fish off the company pier,
Don't dip your pen in the company ink,
Don't shit wear you eat.
General rule of thumb, don't mess around with ANYONE you work with. It only leads to problems. I had to quit a job because of it.

Re: Should i go for it?
Don't wanna sounds like a broken record here, but if you truly value your job and reputation within your work community, I would advise you to avoid that shit at ALL cost.
Have never been in a situation like this, but have seen some awful shit go down where i work due to inter-office relationships.

Maybe this is a bit tangential at this point, but it's not that you physically forced her into having sex with you, or signing the contract... it's that you were in a position of power, and capable of abusing it to make her do whatever you want.
It could be as simple as "I'll double your work, and make you re-do even the slightest problem," or "You'll never get a promotion unless you sleep with me."
