Dear Webmaster/Client:

We are currently experiencing intermittent outages, and/or packet loss
resulting from a fire/explosion this morning
at our Datacenter (NAC). Fire suppression worked as planned and no one
was injured in the blast. The fire
department evacuated the building and cut all power, including backups
while they investigated. This resulted in
approximately 90 mins downtime this morning.

We have been allowed back in the building and full restoration is
underway. During this time you will continue to
experience intermittent outages. Estimated time to repair is unknown at
this time as we are still assessing damage
and rerouting affected systems.

Rest assured your server is fine and was not harmed. Your patience and
patronage are appreciated. Further updates
will follow as they become available.
