i took this girl out for a movie and then drinks afterwords. Now I'm not expecting the girl to pay for anything but she at least has to offer. At the least reach for her purse. Spent like $80 cdn and she didn't even offer. I guess she thinks the make out session after paid for everything. Gonna hang out with her tomorrow and she better offer or she is gone I don't even care how hot she is.

i think if women want to be treated equally they they should act the role. I don't mind paying for a everything sometimes but that gets real old. Times have changed, so I would hope that the women of today reliaze it. if i am paying $2 a gallon for gas now with no pay increase some one is going to have to split the costs.

The point is it's a first date. You don't have a relationship with this girl "yet."

I personally don't mind doleing out for the first date or any date thereafter, though I can understand the point the man is trying to make.

IMHO there is absolutely nothing wrong with going out once in a while on your girl's dollar. While for me those days are few and far inbetween it is a nice gesture that says she appreciates all the free meals and movies.

A good way to think of dating is relating it to an arcade (bear with me, I do indeed get ass), depending on the machine you pick to deposit your money into, and the skill at which you play it, you determine (in most cases) how much "play" you get out of that machine.

Being the one to shell out though for the first date comes with the penis regardless though, at least this day in age. If you don't like that social fact than simply keep your penis to yourself, I doubt many girls will mind.

I gotta agree with the first guy, definitly. She doesn't actually have to pay but at least be willing to play the part and offer to do so. It's all part of the game and she should be willing to play, since she doesn't even have to pay.
