The stock pick of the year is a little company called RoseTel. They created the technology that poers the video on smart missiles and they have just come out with two-way HDTV wireless compression ratios that will revolutionize video conferencing.

I'd stick with Microsoft and Walmart. They've been solid performers for such a long time, you can't really go wrong with those two.

Re: Post your Stock pick of the year

My three best this year.......

RJR--R.J. Reynolds. People keep smoking. The manufacturers consolidate. Solid growth oversees. Stock rises. Nice dividend.

EBAY--The ultimate internet stock, in my opinion. Seems overvalued but keeps going. It has made me a bundle this year. And it always takes of in Q4 with the boom from holiday shopping/selling

COP--Conoco/Phillips. Solid growth and the most opportunity for growth in the oil sector. Steady dividends as well.

microsloth...their cash flow is incredible, and they have a bajillion dollars invested in liquid assets. The plan is to pay out massive dividends to stockholders as well as buy back some stock from shareholders, again increasing the value of their stock
