Re: Legalized Gambling

it depends on what kind of gambling you're talking about. (not lotteries, obviously) more and more states are allowing casino and riverboat gambling. the ones I know for sure are arizona, indiana, mississippi, connecticut, and I think michigan (detroit)
other states have bingo halls where you can occasionally win some money.

don't forget altlantic city, although that would be a long trip for you.

there's always the internet for sports and cards.

Re: Legalized Gambling

it's easier to ask which states don't have gambling. i believe there are only two that don't have any gambling (even lotteries). i know utah is one (suprise, surprise), and i'm not sure about the other one.

Re: Legalized Gambling

just goto an internet gambling site. its too easy to place bets now. online poker games are fun to pass time. alot of them give you some sort of promo if you join them.

Re: Legalized Gambling

Yes for all my sports gambling I use BetOnSports.com cause I find them to be the best website and 1-800 phone service !!

For poker I usually play at Pokerstars.com cause they have a table for all types of people. they have small money and large money tables.

I suggest checking out the prop bets for betonsports they are some good ones there

Re: Legalized Gambling

no casinos in Massachusetts though not from a lack of trying. the dog tracks are desperately trying to get slot machines. they lost about 50% of their business when the casinos in CT opened.
the state lottery is big money. daily numbers, 3 big money games and literally dozens of different types of scratch tickets from $1 to $10. i hear they are putting out a $20 scratch ticket soon too.
