Well, i would say maybe the times she had sex it didn't "Pop the cherry" if you will. you know that happens after the first couple times of having sex but it depends on how many times and how hardcore the sex was. It was probably that she either scratched her self, used too many fingers if her vagina is that small, forced it in and tore a lip or something, or she just popped the cherry. If she did pop the cherry than it will stop that next couple times you do it.
