My two cents: its in the past, and she has chosen to be with you now. That should be enough to outweigh anything she has done before. If you continue to dwell in the past, you could potentially destroy something that could be very meaningful in your life. By wanting to wait before having sex with you, that means that in her mind she wants the sex with you to be special and more meaningful. Much more than any fling she has had before. With you she wants it to be real, so embrace that.
