any interesting concert stories?

i went to see SOAD. of course, there was a pit, and of course, there was one huge arnold schwarzenegger dood that was killin everyone in the pit. we left him alone. then - at one point - i looked over and saw him shrow a mean shoulder at a girl who couldnt have been more that 14 years old and wasnt even in the pit, an innocent bystander - and he hit her hard enough that she flew into the people around her and someones chin or teeth or something cut her head open. it was cold hearted - and then he turned around a laughed at her. so my friend, not a small guy himself, walks up to the comando dood and starts tellin him shit. the guy grabs him by the neck and tries to toss him. then this kid runs up and pushes the big dood.and all of a sudden it was everyone on teh big guy. kids, girls, guys, everyone turned on him. poor dood finally got out of the pit with his shirt torn, his ear bloody where someone ripped out his earring, a bloody lip, i mean he was a mess, but it was fooken cool. then teh girl that got hit in the first place - got to go on stage. theres my story.

I was working at the local college radio station when we had our annual St Paddy's day bash. The manager had screwed up and ordered whole kegs (of green beer) and I was the only station person who could carry them. I spent the whole night schlepping kegs. As a result I was dead tired, sober, and green from the elbows down. At the end of the evening we all took a nap (we were going to NY the next morning). The DJ's went to the music library, the manager went to his office and I (the engineer) went to the sound booth. About an hour later the station manager was told by a security guard that there was a body in the sound booth. (I was very much alive, just tired and green.... and still sober.)

Later, on the Greyhound to NY, I wished I was dead... but that's for the "Bad Road Trips" thread.
