hey any of u guys know of any good sites where i can read up about bodybuilding..........i want to loose like about 30lbs...and gain muscle mass....

i am like 6'5" tall and weight like 250LBS..............my goal is to weigh about 210 to 215 lbs.....with a fat count of like 5-6%
