I agree if someone rapes someone else they should be punished - but when it seems like a money hungry girl is going after an NBA Superstar we need to do a whole lot of investigating. Linda, when you were assaulted, did you go out and have sex the same day? If it was that terrible for her why was she still having sex with others in the same week? That's a red flag right there. you know its funny, the US court system says your innocent untill proven guilty. well kobe is innocent right now, whether or not he is found guilty later. but this girl very well be making it up, if the stories about her are true, she is an unstable slut. she wore panties to her rape check and had semen and pubic hair from another man, a white one to be exact. she totally ruined her credability with that. then there is talk that the prosecutions key witness slept with her too. kobe may have gone and screwed up by banging this chick, but he doesnt appear to be a rapist. if it were true, would his wife and kid still be around. the truth will come out, but there will never be a happy ending.
