Ah yes this thread couldnt be complete without the ignorant statement. Of course there will be mexicans around here because the mexican border is only 15 minutes away you moron. :squintfaw McAllen is part of what most people know this part of South Texas as the Rio Grande Valley. McAllen is the 2nd largest city next to Brownsville but it is also the richest and the business center really. Were basically a small version of I'd say Austin or whatnot. South Padre Island is only an hour away too.
