Who wins Heisman?
Of course the easy answer is Leinart, but I am pulling for Vince Young, if he can get some receivers to help him out I think he can dominate next year. Even if he dominates, for him to win, Texas will have to finally beat OU.

Re: Who wins Heisman?
Sam Brownlee...
Seriously though, I'm not convinced Leinart can win it twice. He's got a new offensive coordinator, and that might cause him to slip a little bit.
I see Vince Young as sort of a Brad Smith-type player: Great athlete, superb runner, but not much going on in the way of passing. If he improves his passing, and he gains a few more weapons at WR (as you pointed out), he might have a good shot.
Another guy to look out for is Adrian Peterson. This kid rocked just about everybody he played, and he's got mad skills. I know he lost a lot of supporting cast members (White, Clayton, Brown), but I think Stoops will figure out a way to give AD enough room to run all over teams again this year.

Re: Who wins Heisman?
Hands down it has to be Matt Leinart, he hasn't lost any of his weapons on offense so the front runner has to be him.

Re: Who wins Heisman?
if ted ginn were not so young, that would be my choice...this guy can dominate all sides of the ball...vince young will lose to osu so that may hurt his chances...

Re: Who wins Heisman?
I'll second the vote for Brownlee. The guy rushed for 246 yards last year on only 87 carries. Ok, maybe not. Just hoping Tate has a repeat year and he'll be top 5. Won't win but will get some votes. Can't go against USC but there's a QB at LSU and a hugh athlete at Ohio State that might be biting at his heals.

Re: Who wins Heisman?
Yeah, I'd imagine that with a healthy running game, Tate will do even MORE damage than he did last year.
And I totally agree about Teddy Jr. This kid is pure athlete. Unless he gets injured, or is a one-hit wonder, he'll win a Heisman one of these days.
