I have been dating my girlfriend for a little over a year. We have a healthy sex life and I truely love her, but I have a problem. It seems that when she is on the rag i am not as sexualy attracted to her, but am still horribly horney some times i will watch porn and "walk the dog". "not as sexually attracted to her"? why because she won't put out while she having her period? whtever. but as to your question, you shouldn't feel guilty for masturbating, it's natural. just try to not feel guilty (i know what it's like, i'm catholic). and if your woman doesn't like it just tell her it helps you relieve stress and tell her it's her you're thinking about when you do it. but if you really want to quit, get a set of barbells and whenever you get the urge just start lifting weights, after a few sets you'll be too tired to do it.

we havn't been having sex just foreplay types of things, fingering and such, and its not that im not attracted to her because she wont put out, infact because of the extra hoarmoans she is very horney, i am just disgusted by the thought of blood like that. ok, since i got here a lil late im basicly going to restate some of the things many people have said already.

1) masturbation is natural. ans since you are catholic (i am/was, still havn't really decided about that) then all you need to do is go to a confession and your masturbation sins are gone! isn't that lovely?
