DOD Source
Okay so I'm really into the Day of Defeat mod for Half-Life. I can't wait for DOD:Source to come out cuz it looks really fuckin sweet. But I can't really seem to find out when it's going to be released. Does anybody have any ideas or info?

no clue. Check hl2files.com they might have something about it. I'm not too thrilled though because I bought retail and you have to pay extra for DoD if you got that.

i think its already out. my friend was playing it the other day. he said that it is really stupid now. its his opinion thought. you may like it. I personally like v3.1 better than this crappy Steam shit they have out now.

dod source is not going to be out for a long time. they are still working on actually creating the game. right now the physics system is set up along with some of the maps but the newer models are still yet to be started. i would guess its going to be a good year before we see it come out. most likely it will get grouped in with tfc2 which is also yet to come out(and theyve been working on that for like 8 years)

DoD along with everyother HL2 Mods won't be coming out for about a year. "i want more single player mods. DoD is fun, but CS is almost as fun. I want some free community made mods" go to http://halflife2.filefront.com/ they have single player Mods for HL2, they are more like extra levels then mods. Try antlion troopers. I also heard that tfc2 will be realesed with DoD:S. |
