got another trojan horse this time. its Trojan horse BackDoor.Small.28.AO. once again i didnt do anything. i dont even go to weird sites. i dunno how i got it. can someone help me with this? ty very much.

its just a zip file in my recieve file. it had no problem b4. i just deleted it and scanned my comp again. didnt find any virus so its all good now.
