What team do you think will represent their league to go to the World Series this year and why?

I agree, the Brewers? You never know with the Twins, it could happen?
I think the Cards will do well, not sure about the Angels. I'm not a big baseball fan, so what do I know?

Re: NL & AL Baseball Champion predictions?
Im going out on a limb this year and saying Seattle and Chicago. Seattle is young and has alot of talent. Thier pitching staff could be better but could suprise.

Hehe!! I watched it. They are young and hungry. It's a long shot, but I'm loyal!

Cubbies and the Gawd Damn Yankmes
I'd like to see the Sawx challenge the Cubs, but I don't think they can do it again.
The Cubs HAVE TO stay healthy...and its not looking too good so far with Prior and Wood being banged up early.

yeah, but LaTroy Hawkins used to close for the Twins. If he finally nails down the NL strike zone, added to the fact that he's seen most of the NL players at the plate now, he'll have a better season than he did last year. Plus I've heard he's adding new pitches to his arsenal.

Latroy actually did decent for the Cubbies last year. Leading the team in saves. However I think he did blow nine! Ouch.
