Hefe, look at what DB wrote about Agency Bias with disparaging remarks to hang Kobe. Does it remind the general public about private animosity to publicly lynch Kobe? It doesn't take much for people to think that Kobe can't get a "fair trial" guaranteed under the Constitution . Last I thought Kobe was emanicipated and there are many who does give a shit about a public agency displaying hangman T-Shirts before the trial even started . Perhaps neither DB nor myself making this important point clearly.

Let me see if I can make it clearer about the public agency's misuse of T-shirt which impairs Kobe's right to a "fair trial." You believe the T-shirt is irrelevant, and it would be the same perspective of the prosecution, the sheriff and investigator who are bringing forth the case against Kobe. The relevance is whether the black color "lynching" T-shirt paid with personal funds of the prosecutors, sheriffs and investigators during normal business hours and for which these organized actions conducted at and coordinated between the offices of the public agencies will have caused the "impartial investigation and prosecution" of Kobe before or during the trial. Such is what I supposed what DB was saying in his earlier posts on Supreme Court's reversible errors containing "vigelante prosecution." No one says the public agency can't think Kobe is guilty, but they have to conduct themselves at all times in an impartial and professional manner (in seeking the truth to what was really said between the two in that hotel room) with the public trial by giving Kobe his "due process" and NOT a public pretrial lynching.

But what does that have to do with Kobe and Kate in this trial? I doubt that that piece of race issue will ever be brought up before the jury because Judge Ruckriedge will NOT admit it as well as DA Hurlbert protesting it to be excluded. Bottom line, it won't get in. But you make a good point for the court of public opinion. But you think the press will play that in the news coverages? Hardly heard it on any TV talk shows.

Sure, it's like using a nuke bomb to kill a fly. Of course, the LEO will catch at least one crook and at the same time harmed many other innocent citizens as part of the good police work.

Betcha if you stopped enough profiled groups, you're bound to get a match for whatever. It's the number of times your misses for which racial profiling fails.
