Hey... I did leave! For all of 2, err, maybe 3 seconds?
 I'm too attached to the computer to leave for long periods of time. Surgery went really well, thanks very much, but I do try to minimize my time spent on the computer (yeah, right!) for the next few days because I'm not supposed to strain my eyes. Thank god I'm such a good typist that I can type with my monitor turned off and make minimal errors.  So... 20/20 vision, boys and girls, and 4 different eye drops at different times of the day, but so far so good. Funniest thing was when they were cutting my cornea to create the flap, I thought it felt kinda ticklish. (Why you lookin' at me like I'm a weirdo?!) 23 seconds of Laser correction for each eye (or so the assistant said while I was on the table and looking at the blinking red light), smelled like burning hair for all of those 23 seconds, flood of cold water, eye drops, they put the corneal flap back in place and told me to stand up and walk to the recovery room. So... now I can see those typos from a mile away! Off to work... see ya guys later! :wiggle: |
