history is definately on UNC's side......i may be wrong, but im almost positive that a #16 seed has never beaten a #1 seed......i could be wrong, but im pretty sure that is right.

o and having a team with a losing record is what march madness is all about man......if you are a mid-major college, and you go 16-0 in the conference, but can't put the conference tournament away then too bad for ya. look at davidson out of the southern conference, they went 16-0 and you see where they are now.....NIT. it is what makes this time of the year so special imo, seeing underdogs take it to the big schools and some pulling upsets.
