there is some multiplayer online game where u can be like little space people or monkeys, and u and another person have 3 little guys each on either side of the screen and u shoot at eachother. one level has a giant cheeseburger. what is it and where do i foind it!?!?!?

sounds like one of the worms games, there are a bunch, but you basically have a team of worms and its turn based play where you fire different weapons(bazooka, dynamite, napalm strike, exploding sheep, etc) and have to estimate angles and strength and factor in for wind and stuff
they fight on all kinds of random ass levels, a cheeseburger is very possible

You are speaking of the classic game Dinkybomb which was on www.gamer.tv
Not sure if it is still around. I lost many a hours to that game and developed a good record. It was better when the game was free and unranked, didn't have to fear for your ranking and was free to chat with your opponent. You may have seen in it on G4TechTv.
