and on some of this linked sites you only can rate some other sites and nothing else.

First of all, why are you so concerned with rating whatever sites your talking about? Just surf the pages on webrats, post and comment whatever you want, and hopefully contribute something. I seriously doubt you spend 24 hours a day walking around rating everything you can on a 1-5 scale.

Secondly, if your english is really that shitty, please do me this, say whatever your trying to say in German. I'll translate that shit so I can figure out what the hell your tlaking about.
