fact:accuser a schizoprenic,medical records reveal
accidently medical records were sent to the defence & they discovered in the discovery process that she is a schizoprenic and recieving treatment for such. so they are takiing it all the way to the supreme court to get it dismissed.
many motions were filed for reason to dismiss the case. her case influenced by her mom is falling apart. the statistic of people polled match what the presecution track record is for example. its a fact that they have a 70% failure rate for convictions of rape cases that matches the belief in" KOBE INNOCENTS" and "I do not know yet" stat versuses the guilty stats |
