Excited for the PSP?
Is anyone else as excited about the PSP as me? I'm going to pre order it soon, it just seems like it will be the ultimate hand held device thus far. And the hax that will be available too! I'm sure there will be tons of PDA type apps along with emulators that people will program within the next several months. All to go!

Re: Excited for the PSP?
PSP is over-rated.
Why cant Sony make a device for one thing and one thing only, as in a dedicated gaming machine, not something that can do a few things. Sure it sounds like a good idea, but who will want to re-buy mini-dvd's to play on there? Surely I wouldnt. Plus the battery life on it wont be that great either with the laser constantly in use.

Re: Excited for the PSP?
It costs way too much and is going to flop. They're trying to make it do too much. They should just focus on the Playstation's horrible load times. I'll stick with my DS.
nice zinger Cryo

Depends on what your doing. If it's a game or a movie that accesses the UMD heavily, it lasts about 2 1/2 hours. If you are watching stuff off the Memory stick it can last as long as 6 hours.
