I'd want an old-school ninja duel between Shinobi and Ryu Hayabusa (from Ninja Gaiden). You could even throw in some others like Rikimaru (Tenchu: Stealth Assassins) and make it a "last ninja standing" free-for-all. I don't care who wins, but it'd be an awesome fight.

I'd like to see Solid Snake take on Dante from Devil May Cry. I think Dante would win, but I'm not really sure on that. Or I'd like to see either one of those guys fight Princess Peach because I just got tired of saving her. But I still love all those old mario games.
