Please help me...
I have X-530 logitech speakers and when I'm playing counter-strike and half life 2 my center speaker and the subwoofer are the only speakers that work. When I use my sound effect manager out of the game they all work. Has anyone else had this problem with their speakers, if so, please help me.

did you set the game to use eax music and effects acceleration, and allow for a high quality of sound? I cant remember if this is true or not but i think that counter-strike doesnt use surroundsound. Also, make sure you have the latest drivers for your surround sound, and if you are using the sound built into your mobo...chances are it sucks and the driver wont support it

I think you are right about cs not having surround but it was the same way in HL2. My drivers and sound card are up to date because its a brand new computer with brand new speakers. I kinda figured it ou t thanks.
