I don't play any MMORPG's, but the best massive online game in my opinion is the Battlefield:1942 series. Awesome game, and great mods.

I've only played two MMORPGs. The first was FFXI which I didn't like but I was new to the whole experience. I recently got WoW and absolutely love it. It easy for n00bs and you can actually accomplish something in the game even if you only have an hour or two to play it a day.

I've played lineage 1 had a 51 knight, tons of max level characters in EQ, a priest wearing full dreadmist in wow, and even though i quit it a while ago eq 1 was by far the best mmorpg experience i ever had

I've tried numerous mmorpg's such as Lineage2, WoW, MuOnline, ConquerOnline, Tibia, PristonTale, and a bunch of others.

WoW was fun for about 2 weeks, and I find myself always getting back to Lineage2 after trying all those other games. There's something special about it

I've been playing Star Wars Galaxies since launch, I just recently got into WoW. WoW is a nice break from Galaxies, although the new combat system borrows heavily from WoW. Both are excellent games though, deffinately worth a try if you have a friend that can let you play on a trial period.

i love ffxi. the graphics are nice and the gameplay is really good. the only problem is the amount of time it takes to accomplish anything in the game.

Since nobody mentioned it Eve-Online. Only for hard core players that like sci fi. Not noobie friendly due to major learning curve. Its been around 2+ years and still growing. Try it out for free for 2 weeks.
