I used to do it alot when I had nothing to do. Sometimes if I am busy I dont do it for a day or two. Usually I do it once a day sometimes twice, depends how nice I feel when I get home from work.

If I go a couple days between each session I find that it feels a lot better.

I've never tried a marathon before. I might just do so with college off for a month. The most I've done in a day without trying was three (2am 1 pm, 10pm) but like I said, I wasn't trying to go for a record.
