I was watching a movie the other day, and it focused around this. Let's say you have a family but you have a disease you're dying, and you know there's no chance you'll live much longer. If someone offered you enough money to support your family well after you've died, but the catch is you have to kill someone for them... would you do it? The person you're killing is a bad person anyway and may deserve it, so it's not like you'd be killing just anyone. All legal consequences to the murder wouldn't matter, since you'd be dead before they could finish a trial.

Depends...if killing the person meant others would live (sounds oxymoron-ish), I would. I wouldn't tell my family that I would. Also, you're innocent until proven guilty.

I read an article earlier this week about a guy in London who accidentally killed the person who raped his mother, when the rapist started bragging about it to him.

If the "bad person" is someone that performed a task that really injured you or someone close to you I think it would be pretty easy to kill them, if there couldn't be a consequence.

Only if killing this person was to save another persons life or several others, i.e. serial killer, terrorist, etc.

hey, i think i saw somewhat the same situation in the "tri-colours" movie, im just not sure if its in red, white or blue. but i agree, it would depend on how bad the guy is.
